For Booking Tour: 10k Advance per person, Remaining will collect in Gujarat
Every person should carry Aadhar card & covid vaccination certificate

belongings(Camera, Mobiles, Ornaments, etc )
We dont provide food while on train journey period.
No refund will be payable for any unused/missed meal provided in the tour or given complimentary due to
whatsoever reason
The balance or full payment should be deposit before train start.
The 80% amount of package amount to be refund to you if you canceled the tour in any circumstance.
Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings, Please do not leave any valuable items in the coach
nor handover to our staff in coach. Management will not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss of your
belongings
For Bus packages seating arrangement is Dip and daily seat rotation
If Minimum batch is not formed in any package, we will change the scheduled date or will arrange the
alternate vehicle as per bookings
Health Insurance is mandatory for all the travelers and should cover travel period, Shri Jai Matadi Tours & Travels
is not responsible for travelers health related issues
