1.Booking and Payment Policy
A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payment must be cleared 15 days prior to departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of travel require 100% payment at the time of booking.
All payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways.
2. Pricing Policy
Prices are based on current rates and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, fuel charges, or supplier revisions.
The quoted package cost is per person unless stated otherwise.
Any increase in cost before departure must be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation charges.
15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges.
Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges (No refund).
Note: Flight tickets, visa fees, and non-refundable bookings will be charged separately.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
Any bank/payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers must carry a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Visa requirements must be fulfilled by the traveler unless specified.
TrekMyTrip is not responsible for denial of entry due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
6. Inclusions and Exclusions
Services included in the package will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
Any service not mentioned in inclusions will be treated as exclusion.
Entry tickets, personal expenses, tips, optional tours, and additional meals are not included unless specified.
7. Accommodation and Transport
Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if unavailable.
Standard check-in/check-out timings apply as per hotel policy.
Transportation will be provided as per itinerary; any additional usage will be chargeable.
8. Itinerary Changes
TrekMyTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, political situations, or operational reasons.
Alternative arrangements will be provided wherever possible without affecting the overall experience.
9. Responsibility and Liability
TrekMyTrip acts only as a service facilitator and is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events.
Any additional costs arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.
10. Health and Safety
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
Any medical emergencies or personal health issues during the tour will be the traveler’s responsibility.
11. Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect local culture and fellow travelers.
Any misconduct may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
12. Force Majeure
TrekMyTrip shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking the tour, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
