Terms and Conditions
Identity Proof: Every traveler must carry the original Identity Card (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) submitted during booking. The Forest Department will deny safari entry if details do not match perfectly.
Wildlife Sightings: Safari bookings grant entry to the natural habitat of wild animals. Tiger and other wildlife sightings are purely a matter of chance and cannot be guaranteed.
Safari Bookings are Non-Refundable: Once safari permits are issued by the Forest Department, they cannot be canceled, transferred to another person, or rescheduled under any circumstances.
Payment Policy: A 50% advance payment is required to secure resort and safari bookings. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the package amount (excluding safari permit costs).
Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the package amount (excluding safari permit costs).
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
Check-in/Check-out Timings: Resort check-in and check-out times will be as per the specific resort's policy (Standard is usually 1:00 PM Check-In and 11:00 AM Check-Out). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
Itinerary Modifications: The sequence of the itinerary or safari zones may change depending on weather conditions, forest department regulations, or sudden route closures. The safety of the guests remains our top priority.
Behavior in the Forest: Loud music, littering, feeding animals, or stepping out of the safari Gypsy inside the reserve is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense under the Forest Conservation Act.
Liability Limitation: Shri Jai Matadi Tours & Travels will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, injuries, train/flight delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, technical failures, or sudden government restrictions.
